KENNETH OMERUO SIGNS CONTRACT EXTENSION WITH CHELSEA

 




Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo, has signed a contract extension with Chelsea.
His adviser, Conleth Chika Akujobi, revealed to AfricanFootball that the player’s new deal with the Stamford Bridge club, will now run out in June 2019.
“Chelsea have proposed that Kenneth’s contract be extended by a year, it will now run till 2019,” he said.

Omeruo joined Chelsea in 2012, after the 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Colombia.
He is however expected to join Besiktas on loan ahead of the new season.
