
The 40-year-old trader arrested for naming his dog Buhari, Mr. Joachim
Chinakwe, has been arraigned before a Sango Ota Magistrate Court, Ogun
State.
Joachim was arrested on August 13, 2016, at Ketere area of Sango Ota.
It would be recalled that Joe was arrested and detained in police
cell in Sango Otta, Ogun State, for three days after a neighbor
complained that he named his dog ‘Buhari.’
However, Chinakwe claimed the dog was named after President Muhammadu Buhari, who he said was his hero.
