Disciplined: Jennifer Lopez's trainer Tracy Anderson has revealed she has her on a strictly organic and clean diet to keep her fueled for everything she does


After she revealed her toned physique in Shades of Blue this week it's no surprise that Jennifer Lopez keeps it clean when it comes to her diet.
The pop diva's trainer Tracy Anderson has revealed the 46-year-old eats a purely organic diet with no processed foods.
Anderson explained to PEOPLE 'I have her eating very clean because she needs really good fuel for all the things that she’s doing
'It's all organic and it’s all very well thought out, with the balance of very high quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food.'
Results: The mother-of-two showed off her toned physique when she stripped down to her bra in this week's episode of Shades of Blue

She added that Lopez doesn't touch anything processed or packaged saying 'Everything is fresh, there’s nothing processed – just [protein powder] in a shake if we do a protein shake one day.'
But the celebrity fitness guru said that the songstress doesn't deprive herself and says she's 'a balanced person', especially around the holidays.

'She’s not going to miss out on Thanksgiving or a holiday with her children,' she said. 
That, Anderson explains, is the reason it's really important for the On The Floor hitmaker to keep up consistent workouts.
'We don’t do any kind of extreme dieting.' the 40-year-old explained.

She still treats herself! Anderson also revealed that Lopez makes sure to have a balanced life and doesn't deprive herself of anything especially around the holidays
