The late arrival of former , Sambo Dasuki from security custodyhas stalled the commencement of his trial before Justice Peter Affen of FCT High Court, Maitama, Abuja.
The Proceedings could not go on due to failure of the DSS to produce him in court in time .
Dasuki was produced two hours after the Court Commenced hearing on the matter and after Justice Affen had ajourned hearing to February , 26th, 2016.
Trial in absentia is unknown to our legal jurisprudence.
