MANCHESTER United and Bournemouth fans will receive a refund for Sunday’s cancelled game and free entry to Tuesday’s rearranged match.
The Premier League issued a statement on their Twitter feed after police confirmed that the suspicious item found at Old Trafford that caused the bomb threat had been identified as a training device.
There are no details from either club regarding the costs involved with the wasted 500-mile round journeys suffered by supporters travelling from the south coast.
