EVERTON THRASH NORWICH 3-0 TO BANISH MEMORIES OF A POOR SEASON- REPORT

EVERTON gave their fans something to smile about after a forgettable season.
But for Norwich, it’s back down to the Championship with a whimper.
Toffees’ 1995 FA Cup heroes David Unsworth and Joe Royle took charge for the final game of the season following Roberto Martinez’s sacking.
And the players showed they are capable of producing something special.

James McCarthy opened the scoring before Leighton Baines doubled the home side’s lead just before half-time.
And three minutes after the interval, Kevin Mirallas put gloss on the scoreline with a third.
