A 29 year old worker with Arik Air , Grace Utum has reportedly gone missing . Report says Grace has not been seen since she visited her lover, one Ihuoma Amelogu , who lives in the Ojodu Berger area of Lagos State.
Grace, a graduate of accounting is believed to be working in the hospitality department of Arik Air . She had left her Ikeja office for her lover’s house on January 1, 2016
A mobile phone and handbag belonging to the victim were found in her lover’s apartment on the day she went missing.
The case was promptly reported to the Police where her alleged boy friend was invited and detained but later released by the Police on the grounds that there is nothing to link him with the incident.
When the boyfriend was contacted, he confirmed that efforts to reach her through her friends have proved abortive as there was no lead whatsoever to the culprits.
The mother of the victim and her uncle confirmed that they had received a phone call from her supposed captors curiously informing them of the theft of her phone.
The family’s efforts to trace the call hit a brick wall as they were told to obtain a Court order in order to do so. Her bank accounts were also found blocked by her captors.
