NIGER DELTA AVENGERS ACCUSE MILITARY OF LYING TO NIGERIANS, INSISTS THAT NONE OF ITS MEMBERS WAS ARRESTED

Resurgent militant group, Niger Delta Avenger has denied reports that some of its members were arrested by Nigerian troops.

The group, which has claimed responsibility for several attacks on oil installations in the Niger Delta region, on Tuesday said the claim by the military was false.

The Avengers, on its Twitter handle @NDAvengers, said “Our attention has been drawn to the arrest of 10 Niger Delta Avengers boys by Nigerian Military. None of our Strike Team has been arrested. It’s all lies.”
