SELFIE OF THE QUEENS- KATE MIDDLETON DROPS BY FOR A SELFIE WITH SERENA WILLIAMS AFTER THE LATTER'S STRAIGHT SETS SEMI FINAL WIMBLEDON WIN

One is the Queen of the tennis court with 21 Grand Slam titles to her name, while the other is a bona fide royal. And today, when both worlds met, the obvious thing to do was take a selfie for Snapchat.
World number one Serena Williams was introduced to the Duchess of Cambridge at Wimbledon earlier this afternoon and was keen to commemorate the exciting moment with a photo.
In a video posted to Twitter, the reigning Wimbledon champion is seen placing her arm around Kate's waist and smiling for the camera.
'OK so I'm in the "in crowd" now,' Serena says, as she poses with Kate. 'I'm with royalty.'
However, there's an extra surprise in store as Kate turns to one side to gesture at an unseen figure to join them and Sophie, Countess of Wessex, dashes into the shot and cuddles up to the Duchess in the refreshingly candid footage.

Speaking after her match, Serena said: 'It was really nice to meet with them (the Duchess and Countess). I actually didn’t know they were both here.
'It was really cool, we just had a chat about the matches. I was surprised - it was a good thing that I did not see that they were there, maybe I would have gotten a little nervous. But yeah, it was really cool.'
During today's visit the Duchess revealed that she and Sophie are not the only ones in the family who appreciate tennis. While chatting to Brit Greg Rusedski, who formerly played for Canada, she opened up about how Prince George has taken an interest in the sport and has his own tennis racket.
After their encounter with Serena Kate and Sophie joined big names from the world of entertainment, including Barry Gibb of Bee Gees fame, Downtown Abbey star Dame Maggie Smith and Game of Thrones favourite Sophie Turner in the Royal Box.
Kate, 34, recycled a £900 yellow Roskanda dress she first wore on a visit to Sydney Opera House in 2014 to watch Serena Williams take on unseeded Russian Elena Vesnina, 29 in the women's semi-finals.
It was back to her usual demure style for the Duchess who last night wowed in a sexy off-the-shoulder £1,500 Bardot dress by London-based designer Barbara Casasola.
