INGENIOUS CHINESE MAN CARVES PENCILS INTO ARTWORKS

Chien Chu Lee, an engineer from the city of Yunlin in Taiwan, has created a collection of impressive sculptures by carving the tips of pencils after being inspired by Brazilian pencil artist Dalton Ghetti.
The 42-year-old bases his artworks on famous pop icons, including Buzz Lightyear and E.T, as well as global landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower and the Great Wall of China. He has carved the entire English alphabet in a 0.5mm lead pencil which he says is his narrowest piece of work.
