Backstreet Boy A.J. McLean celebrated Labor Day with an extra-special labor announcement – he’s about to become a daddy again!

The 38-year-old singer shared the news on Instagram and naturally, the sneaker fanatic got some cool kicks involved in the announcement.

“So the McLean family will be expecting a new addition to the family next spring!!” McLean wrote alongside a cute pic of four Jordans, one for each member of his growing family.

“#laborday!” he continued. “Ha get it 'labor’ day! I’m a goof! #avaisgonnabeabigsister #baby2! Keep u all posted!! We’re so excited.”

 

The “I Want It That Way” crooner and his 34-year-old hairstylist/make-up artist wife, Rochelle, are already parents to three-year-old daughter Ava – the only girl in the Backstreet baby family, which includes Nick Carter’s 4-month-old son Odin, Brian Littrell’s 13-year-old son Baylee and two boys each for Kevin Richardson and Howie Dorough.

While she may be the only girl, adorable Ava is already following in her boy band dad’s footsteps by showing musical genes on a daily basis.

“She’s a huge fan of music and she just kills me,” McLean tells ET. “Everyday Rochelle sends me a brand new video of Ava singing something acapella or to a track and I’m just like, 'Oh my gosh. She’s me.’ It’s crazy!”
