Tottenham have agreed a deal with Southampton for midfielder Victor Wanyama, say Sky sources
Victor Wanyama is set to undergo a medical at Tottenham ahead of a move from Southampton.
It is understood Wanyama flew in from his native Kenya on Sunday ready for his medical and to finalise personal terms on a four-year deal and for a fee of between £11m and £12m.
Sky sources reported on Saturday that Spurs and the Saints were close to agreeing a deal of more than £11m for the midfielder to be reunited with manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Wanyama has just a year remaining on his Southampton contract and it is understood Celtic will benefit financially from a sell-on clause if Saints do receive the full £12m.

Wanyama will reunite with manager Mauricio Pochettino
Tottenham tried to sign the player last August when Wanyama told Ronald Koeman he wished to leave and re-join Pochettino, who signed him while boss on the south coast, but Southampton refused to sell.
Spurs are keen to sign a new central-midfield 'destroyer' this summer, as they prepare for a return to the Champions League, and they believe Wanyama fits the criteria of a young yet experienced player who can go straight into their first-team squad.
Wanyama previously gained Champions League experience during his time at Celtic Park.
