NPFL -CROWD TROUBLE MARS MFM V SHOOTING STARS MATCH IN LAGOS

MFM FC fans invaded the pitch to protest what they deemed to be biased refereeing, as Shooting Stars ended their team’s unbeaten home run with a 1-0 victory on Sunday.

It took police intervention to restore decorum at the Agege Stadium in Lagos.

The Oluyole Warriors secured all three points, thanks to Ebitmi Agogu, who struck with eight minutes left in the game.

Shooting Stars also won the reverse fixture 3-0 in Ibadan earlier this season.

MFM have dropped to 10th position on the NPFL table, while Shooting Stars are now 16th.
