A BARCELONA fan prosecuting Lionel Messi for fraud has slammed the star, claiming his evidence has “zero credibility”.
Messi and his father Jorge are standing trial in Catalonia accused of failing to pay more than £3million in taxes between 2007 and 2009.
Messi was called to give evidence on Thursday and insisted that he had no involvement in the management of his finances.

But state attorney Mario Maza — who admits he is a massive fan of the Nou Camp hero — claimed the star’s version of events was implausible.
Maza told court: “Messi’s story has no credibility.
“He is a player who brings joy to many Barcelona supporters, including me, but he cannot say his father did not inform him.
“Messi and his father are capable of understanding taxes — even a ten-year-old knows that you have to pay them.
