BBOG CAMPAIGNER FLAYS BUHARI'S GOVERNMENT FOR LACK OF INTELLIGENCE TO RESCUE CHIBOK GIRLS

Co-convener of the Bring Back Our Girls, BBOG, group, Aisha Yesufu, has accused the Federal Government of lacking credible intelligence in its effort to rescue the abducted Chibok school girls.
Yesufu while speaking on Channels Television programme, Sunrise Daily, said the Federal Government has not done much in locating, rescuing and reuniting the Chibok girls back with their parents.
The BBOG campaigner also stated that it is the responsibility of the government to ensure the safe return of the abducted girls.
She said, “It is the duty of the Nigerian Government to rescue the Chibok Girls, irrespective of who is president”.
“It is their privileged as enshrined in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the government needs to do all it can to ensure the Chibok Girls are brought back home”.
Recall that Boko Haram insurgents had on April 14, 2014, abducted over 200 school girls from their dormitory in Chibok Government Secondary School, Borno State.
